Work will be performed at Client Location (Hyderabad) Must be ready to work in any shift on a rotational basisIn Reporting and Analytics, you will have to prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc. This includes focusing on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors.Good understanding of Digital marketing concepts& domain knowledge in Social Media like CTR, CPM etc. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Power point and Excel. Must have working knowledge of pivots & formulas in Excel. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Quick learner with proven ability to work in a team What are we looking for? Support the standard operational activities for our clients with superior quality and within stipulated turnaround time Independently resolve basic client related inquiries and issues Effectively escalate complex issues as appropriate Identify improvement opportunities in work-flow and suggest solutions Assist on special team projects as needed Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Any Graduation
