Project Role : Business Agility Practitioner Project Role Description : Professionals who provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services focused on organizational transformation in order to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. Must have skills : Business Requirements Analysis Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and help clients achieve their business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: 5-8 years relevant work experience in delivering projects using the agile methodology for Risk (preferably Market Risk in Investment or Corporate Banking) and Finance projects especially around data sourcing Understanding data concepts and being able to perform data analysis. Proficient use of SQL and Python Ability to assimilate information quickly, make informed decisions, ability to use own initiative to resolve issues/ investigate and find solutions. Regular and confident interaction with end-users and customers having strong focus on delivering strategic solutions for the business. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead and facilitate workshops to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Develop and implement strategies to improve business agility and drive innovation. Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Identify and recommend solutions to address business challenges and achieve desired outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of business process automation tools. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. Understanding of change management principles. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
