Business Analyst Bangalore (Work at Office) Experience: 8+ Years Mandatory Skills: Connecting with clients to understand the monitoring requirement Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand the business requirement and various touchpoint Working closely with PSM, Domian Leads, Client Solution/principal architects and other business stakeholders to understand data structure, data sources, data transformation needs, current challenges, etc. Collaborating with MaaPs internal team such as Principal Architect, Solution Architect, Project Manager & Technical Lead to understand the data onboarding and monitoring solution that can be provided Creating detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document) based on discussion with the business and internal stakeholders and getting relevant signoffs from business Connecting with internal development/ implementation team to transition the knowledge gathered from business Work closely with PM & Tech leads and assist them in defining features & user stories Participating in meetings with the documentation team. Creating and managing online documentation and creating repository with version controls Liasoning between Tech leads, SA & the requesting business teams to bridge gaps or provide required clarification Working with source document management systems. Participating in daily scrum meetings during initial phases to clarify and doubts/bottle necks Basic Education/Skill/Experience Strong experience in Supply Chain domain preferred Prior experience in working on projects with data warehousing, data transformation & data monitoring preferably in ITSM domain Excellent communication skill (both verbal & written) Strong interpersonal, problem solving & collaboration skill Hands-on experience in working with multiple stakeholders in layered organization
