Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in a software or product-based environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, preparing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Create and manage comprehensive documentation: BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments. Develop wireframes, user journeys, and process flows using tools like Figma, Draw.io, or Lucidchart. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Assist in preparing and executing UAT, defining test scenarios, and supporting QA in validation. Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement in business analysis practices and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT, software, or product environment. Hands-on experience with requirement gathering , process documentation , and user story creation . Proficient in JIRA , Confluence , Microsoft Office Suite , and wireframing tools (Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC. Ability to collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to Azure DevOps . Experience in Fintech , Payments , or Banking domains is a plus. Ability to perform data analysis using Excel or basic SQL.
