Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst/Product Owner with 4+ years of experience in software products and services. The candidate will be working out of the Gurugram location. The ideal candidate will excel in gathering and translating business requirements into software requirements specifications (SRS), building actionable user stories, managing sprints and product backlog, and aligning the product roadmap with business goals. With expertise in Agile frameworks, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality software solutions. Preferred Skills Strong interpersonal skills to engage with business users and technical teams Ability to elicit requirements through workshops, interviews, and focus groups. Requirement analysis and documentation with attention to detail. Ability to perform root-cause analysis for software-related issues. Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desired Skills: Familiarity with UI/UX principles and wireframing tools for visualizing requirements. Knowledge of basic SQL for querying databases to validate requirements. Familiarity with reporting tools for analytics. Ability to write and validate test strategies in collaboration with QA teams. Any certification in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Agile, or Project Mgmt. will be a plus. Educational Background BE/ B.Tech or MBA from a reputed college. Work Experience 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or a similar role in the software products and services domain.
