Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Bangalore - Near Bommanahalli, Hosur Road, Bangalore (In-office position) Employment Type: Full-time | Experience: 1– 3 Years About the Role: We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data across Sales, Customer Support, Revenue, and Marketing, while also supporting MIS reporting to help drive key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis & Insights Collect, clean, and interpret data from CRM, support platforms, revenue systems, and marketing tools. Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Analyze business trends, customer behavior, product adoption, and campaign performance Present findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring that complex data is communicated effectively. 2. MIS Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to track KPIs and business performance Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible using dashboard tools 3. Dashboard & Visualization Support Assist in building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau Present insights in a visually clear and action-oriented format 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide relevant insights for business strategies. Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs from business stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field Quick learner, flexible and willing to adapt to latest tools as per the need. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (must-have) Advanced knowledge of one or more of the data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio ) Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Good communication skills and eagerness to learn Understanding of SaaS Business metrics is a plus.
