Location: Chennai / Mumbai Department: IT/Business Development Reports To: General Manager - IT Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing and improving web, mobile app, CRM, and booking systems. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for web, mobile app, CRM, and booking systems. Analyze and evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop detailed functional specifications and system design documents. Work with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs. Provide training and support to end-users. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, particularly in the hospitality sector. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of web, mobile app, CRM, and booking systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping. Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training end-users. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry.
