Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and collaborating with project managers to document those requirements in new projects. In addition, the Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring project plans, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions, and undertaking tasks for the development and delivery of customizations. They will also assist in assigning tasks to internal teams, serve as a point of contact for project status communication, and ensure timely reporting to management. Candidate Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate from any stream (B.Tech + MBA combination will be preferred) - Excellent communication skills - Excellent documentation skills for BRD, FRD, Flowcharts, Project Plans, etc. - Ability to deliver on time - Team handling and coordinating abilities Required Skills: Client coordination Project management Documentation Task assignment Communication skills
