We are hiring for our client! Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Trichy Experience: 2 - 4 years Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and working with stakeholders to implement efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams. Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Assist in project planning, scope definition, and risk assessment. Develop use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support project execution. Work closely with developers, testers, and designers to ensure project success. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions before deployment. Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development environment. Strong understanding of business process modeling and data analysis. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, JIRA, or similar. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is a plus. Experience with automation tools like Power Automate is an advantage.
