Responsibilities : Define and set key metrics for the vertical, and take ownership of achieving these goals. Lead detailed data analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities using advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive modeling. Evaluate current product performance to identify opportunities for optimizing the funnel. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align on product goals and promote data-driven decision-making. Design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to assess the impact of product features and improvements. Good to have - Strategies around user retention, monetisation and cross-sell. Mentor junior analysts and help the analytics team enhance their skills in data analysis, visualization, and product strategy. Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure high standards of data management. Key Skills Required : 2 -4 years of relevant experience in analytics. Proficient in Advance SQL and BI tools (Tableau) Strong product Thinking Strong problem solving Have past experience working with Product teams Strategic thinking Strong written and verbal communication skills
