Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Analyst with a strong foundation in data analysis and visualization to join our team The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment About Infyni: Infyni objective was to transform online education into a live, interactive and engaging experience Without the real time feedback from peers and teachers and without students interacting with each other, learning is incomplete & Ineffective Visit for more info https://infyni com/ Responsibilities Required Skills/Experience Data Analysis and Visualization: Leverage Power BI or Tableau to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and create insightful visualizations to support business decision-making Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, daily stand-ups, etc ) and contribute to the successful execution of projects using Kanban and Scrum frameworks Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements by converting them to features, user stories and tasks Process Improvement: Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, effectively communicating project status, risks, and recommendations Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success Ticketing and Project Management: Utilize Jira for effective ticket management, tracking, and reporting Experience with Jira migration and dashboard creation is preferred Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to understand product vision and roadmap, and translate business requirements into actionable product features UAT : Should be able to perform UAT on new features and create datasets for live users Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field 3-5 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and experience working in a Scrum Certified environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Visual Studio is a plus Prior experience in a product-based company is preferred Desired Skills Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends Experience with Jira migration and dashboard creation If you are a passionate and driven Business Analyst with a strong data analysis background, we encourage you to apply
