Job Description: Business Analyst Intern Domain: Facility Management Technology & Smart Operations Role Overview : We are looking for a versatile Business Analyst Intern to join our product team and contribute to building innovative SaaS solutions in the domain of smart operations and facility management technology. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, design sensibility, and business acumen. Ideal for a candidate pursuing an MBA or someone with a background in engineering, computer science, or UI/UX design, this internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable product features. Conduct research on user needs, market trends, and competitor products to refine product strategies. Contribute to UI/UX design discussions, assisting with wireframes and user interface mockups to enhance user experiences. Analyze data and generate insights to inform product decisions and feature prioritization. Document detailed requirements, user stories, and workflows for technical teams. Support the team in testing product features, validating functionality, and identifying improvements. Assist in customer interviews and feedback sessions to align product features with end-user needs. Present ideas and updates to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Key Skills and Qualifications: Pursuing an MBA, or a bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and draw actionable insights. Interest in SaaS products, facility management, or operational technology domains. Proficiency in documentation tools like Microsoft Office, Jira, or Confluence. Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and product management practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
