Type of Role: Application Development And Maintenance – As Per Scope Of Work Experience: 5 years Job Description: • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting instructions and system guides. • Work closely with developers testers and project managers to gather technical details and understand project requirements. • Edit, proofread and ensure consistency in style, tone and terminology across all documentation. • Regularly update documents to reflect changes in project requirements, features or system updates. • Create PowerPoint presentations for trainings, client meetings and product promotion seminars. • Develop visual aids such as flowcharts, diagrams and illustrations, to enhance understanding. • Ensure all content meets organizational standards and complies with relevant industry regulations. Qualifications Educational Requirements: MBA / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like business, finance, economics, information technology or a related discipline. Professional Experience: 5 years As Per Scope Of Work. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
