Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Chennai/Bangalore Experience: 1 to 5 years Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our retail operations by analyzing business data, identifying trends, and providing insights for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail analytics, market research, and process improvement to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize retail operations, sales performance, and inventory management . Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions. Identify key business challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and profitability. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights. Assist in the implementation of process improvements, pricing strategies, and customer experience enhancements . Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Key Requirements: 1 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably in the retail industry . Strong proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting software . Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools . Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
