About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets to drive financial and operational decisions 2. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations 3. Support finance teams with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis 4. Translate business requirements into technical data solutions 5. Identify trends and improvement opportunities through root cause analysis 6. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for business reviews 7. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems with cross-functional teams 8. Develop KPIs and performance metrics for business units Requirements: 1. Hold Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field 2. Demonstrate 1-2 years as Business Analyst or similar role 3. Apply Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, dashboards) 4. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Understand financial statements and key ratios 6. Communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders 7. Work with Excel, SQL or similar data tools 8. Operate financial systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) 9. Use Python/R for data analysis (advantageous) 10.
