Experience in the logistics and transportation sector is a strong plus. Exceptional communication skills are essential to succeed in this role. Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Evaluate existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and technical requirements. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery. Support user acceptance testing and assist with training and change management. Prepare reports and dashboards to track business performance and project status. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Exposure to logistics and transportation domains is a strong advantage. Proficient in tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence, and documentation platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
