Role & responsibilities Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in client reporting or analytics. Strong technical skills including proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation Excellent communication and client management skills to facilitate discussions across various stakeholder levels. Ability to prioritize requests and manage the backlog effectively. Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing UAT) and collaborating with development teams. Familiarity with reporting tools and business intelligence solutions. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on KPI evaluation. Responsibilities Interact with the commercial team to discuss, analyze, and document clear requirements related to client reporting solutions. Align with affiliates from different markets to establish business rules for KPIs reported in the dashboard. Review and prioritize the request backlog for the Client IT team based on business priorities. Conduct business UATs for various dashboard releases, collaborating effectively with involved development teams. Define and implement the adoption strategy for reporting solutions to ensure seamless integration into existing practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights for continuous improvement. Prepare detailed documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and training for end-users. Monitor project timelines and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and potential barriers.
