Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities • Responsible for managing ongoing products & projects as well as for scouting new initiatives • Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems • Assist in / develop frameworks for new product development. • Research and assist in defining business cases • Own the quality and accuracy of the requirements, and communicate changes and decisions to key stakeholders. • Aggregate input from stakeholders to prioritize features and requirements according to business value, and support release and sprint planning meetings. • Ensure documentation is maintained as the project is changed or refined over time and communicates project status to end-users. • Identify key stakeholders, assemble and manage one or more cross-functional project teams, maintain budget and quality standards and manage deliverables. Preferred Qualifications • Experience required: 5+ yrs • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science • Candidate will be required to have prior experience in product development and stakeholder management Able to quickly learn multiple business processes and systems and adapt them to the ONDC frameworks / develop new frameworks. • Effective communication skills - spoken and written. Should have a strong handle on MS Powerpoint. • Team player, problem solving, detail oriented, process understanding.
