Position - Business Analyst Experience - 1 to 5 Years Location - Hyderabad Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days Excellent research skills, analytical skills, client-interfacing skills, presentation skills, communication skills are a must. Good experience in requirements gathering, documenting and getting it signed off from customer, UAT to customer and getting it signed off. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently and manage business expectations accordingly. Interacting between customer and development team and ability to convert the client requirements into business stories for development team. Experience with Agile techniques such as specification by example, story creation, User Stories, activity diagramming, block diagrams, flow charts, process flows, use cases, user story creation and functional specifications. Software engineering background, ability to discuss technical issues and identify solutions that meet product requirements. Understanding of data and information structures in an IT system environment including that of data modeling and database design appreciation. Hands on experienced JIRA software user. Talent for effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to work within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Self-motivated to work independently, with team support, to close business. Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives. Good to have: Mobile Apps Development
