Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Business Analysis- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders, including Commercial, Marketing, and Sales teams. 2. Market Research- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions. 3. Data Analysis- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. 4. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations. 5. Project Management- Assist in managing projects, including creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery & Prepare business case for new markets and Product development based on data analyzed. 6. Communication- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidate preferred from Pharma Background 2. Education- B. Pharma / BBA/MBA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
