Job Description

Project Management: Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope and quality standards. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Resource Allocation : Allocate resources effectively to ensure the right people are assigned to the appropriate projects, taking into account their skills, availability, and workload. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and manage expectations. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and adhere to the organization's guidelines. Change Management: Manage and communicate changes to project scope, schedule, or requirements to all relevant stakeholders. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and other relevant information to management and stakeholders. Skills & Requirements: Good written and oral communication skills. Excellent logical thinking and judgement skills. Comfortable working in night shifts. High accountability and ownership in the team. Ability to function in a dynamic and changing environment. Ability to identify the scope of the project requirement. Liaise with key stakeholders and conduct brainstorming sessions to get exact requirements. Document exact business needs & prepare use cases, business requirement documents. Expert level presentation skills. Experience in sales processes would be an added advantage. Conduct effective requirements reviews to improve the quality of requirements deliverables. Build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
