Job Description

BAPM - 2-3 years experience . Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors. • Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews to understand business needs and pain points. • Create detailed functional specifications, use case diagrams, and other relevant documentation to clearly articulate requirements. • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams. • Conduct regular status updates with stakeholders and executive management. • Analyze current processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance performance. • Implement process changes and monitor their impact on business outcomes. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry. • Strong understanding of the TPA industry, including claims processing, underwriting, and policy administration. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools. • Experience with project management tools. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry. • Strong understanding of the TPA industry, including claims processing, underwriting, and policy administration. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
