5-8 years of Business Analysis experience. Strong analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and a strong client-facing presence. Excellent communication skills. Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing. Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders. Clears project obstacles and impediments that could slow down the team s progress. Coaches the team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Help the team understand scrum values and principles. Experience working with US customers is desirable. Background in US healthcare is preferable. Exposure to the payer side is an added advantage. Exposure to technology (.Net, SQL Server) will be an advantage. People with QA background but working as a BA during the last 2 years are also welcome.
