Business Analyst

Job Description

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for owning the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Responsibilities 1. Define the product vision 2. Product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, (Roadmap Planning, Release Planning and Sprint Planning) 3. Gather/prioritize product and customer requirements 4. Working closely with engineering, product and sales 5. Responsible to write good User Stories using INVEST techniques 6. Prioritizing the user stories for sprints 7. Driving product backlog refinement sessions and grooming user stories in well structured format along with tech team 8. Responsible in driving sprint review sessions 9. Estimate product backlog with the team using Agile estimation techniques 10. Create wireframe prototypes and documenting them 11. Collaborate with other Peers to define best practices and improve project delivery efficiencies 12. Document all the system requirements in Jira and Confluence 13. Develop and monitor data-driven analytics Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience as Product Business Analyst 2. Engineering background is an advantage 3. Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills 4. Certifications on Product Management and Business Analyst domains are preferable
