Job Description

Role & responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications (FRDs, BRDs). Create and maintain documentation (test plans, use cases, wireframes). Proficient in project management and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Figma). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions. Conduct testing and QA to ensure developments meet business needs. Provide support and guidance during implementation. Align with internal /external teams, monitor project progress, and update stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile: Prior experience in Assistance/ Assurance/Insurance will be a plus. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field. Should have proven experience in making FRDS & BRDS -minimum 7-8 Projects Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
