Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections, to justify proposed initiatives and investments. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations. Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users, including training and documentation, to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process improvement.
