We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Specialist with a strong analytical mindset, adept at interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights. This role is integral to supporting our projects through data-driven decisions, visualizations, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Advanced Excel Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Excel, including hands-on experience with lookups, pivot tables, and advanced data manipulation techniques for effective reporting and analysis. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams effectively. Understanding of Development Methodologies: Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology, with the ability to contribute in an Agile environment. Project & Defect Management Tools: Hands-on experience using JIRA or similar project and defect management tools to track, prioritize, and report on project progress. Data Visualization: Proficient in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, enabling clear representation of data insights for better decision-making. Database Knowledge: Knowledge of core database functions, data storage, data models, and data transfer protocols; an ability to handle and transform large datasets efficiently. Business Intelligence & Data Analytics: A strong background in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with the skills to support data-driven initiatives across the organization. SQL Proficiency: Ability to write basic SQL scripts to retrieve and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes.
