Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Back Office Executive to manage lead calls, Client - vendor coordination, and payment follow-ups. The role involves handling leads from exisitng clients / leads gathering necessary details, updating records, sharing quotations, and assisting with vendor sourcing and registration. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Communication: Call potential clients from leads provided by Justdial and IndiaMART. Gather necessary project details and update records accurately. Follow up with prospects and maintain daily reports. Documentation: Enter client and project details into Excel /CRM. Maintain a structured database of client interactions and follow-ups. Prepare and share quotations as per client requirements. Vendor Coordination & Cost Analysis: Identify and onboard vendors for various project and company requirements. Assist in vendor registration and documentation. Prepare a comparative cost sheet for vendor selection. Payment Follow-ups: Track outstanding payments and communicate with clients for timely collection. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and follow-up skills Proficiency in Excel and data management Ability to multitask and handle documentation efficiently Basic knowledge of vendor sourcing and procurement Attention to detail and accuracy basic bill booking and accounting Trainning will be provided
