Additionally, the selected candidate will assist the CEO in strategic business initiatives, offering key insights from client interactions. Proficiency in CRM tools is essential for managing client data and ensuring smooth follow-ups. Duties and Responsibilities Market Research Lead Generation Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, advertising strategies, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective and existing clients through diligent research and direct engagement. Develop innovative lead-generation strategies to enhance business outreach. Strategic Sales Client Engagement Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, presenting Monolith IMC s digital solutions to secure new business. Develop persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring optimal pricing and long-term client retention. Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met with top-notch service. Professional Representation Networking Represent Monolith IMC at industry conferences, trade shows, and business events to enhance brand visibility and attract new business. Leverage direct outreach and networking strategies to generate high-quality leads. CEO Assistance Strategic Support Work closely with the CEO in business strategy discussions, providing insights from client interactions and market research. Assist in high-level decision-making by offering structured reports on client feedback, business trends, and operational challenges. CRM Performance Monitoring Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups. Analyze performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates. Participate actively in team discussions, sharing key insights and refining business development approaches. Ideal Candidate Profile Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality ( Tall, handsome, and disciplined appearance preferred ). Fluent in English and Malayalam, with excellent communication skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client management. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently. Proficiency in CRM software to manage leads and streamline sales processes. Self-motivated and target-driven, capable of handling multiple client interactions.
