Business Central Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in implementing and supporting Business Central solutions, helping clients improve their operations through process optimization and system configuration. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.) based on client needs. Perform functional analysis and prepare functional design documentation. Assist in gap-fit analysis and propose solutions. Support the full implementation cycle: requirement analysis, UAT, training, and go-live support. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting post-implementation. Collaborate with technical/development teams to ensure seamless delivery. Stay updated with the latest Business Central features and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central. Strong understanding of core Business Central modules: Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing & Supply Chain. Experience with implementation, configuration, and support activities. Ability to document business requirements and translate them into functional specs. Strong communication and client interaction skills. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Power Platform is a plus. Nice to Have: Microsoft certification in Business Central. Experience with Business Central SaaS and extensions. Familiarity with third-party tools like Jet Reports, Continia, or LS Retail. Exposure to Agile or other project methodologies. Show more Show less
