Role: · Functional Consultant – MS Dynamics Navision/Business Central. Experience: · Maximum 3 years Educational Qualifications · B.E./ B. Tech / B. Com / M. Com / B.B.A / M.B.A Responsibilities of the Candidate: · Role: Working on Business Central / Navision ERP projects. Understand the requirements of a client's business and assist them in implementing the BC based on their business processes. · Implementation: Implement and deploy Dynamics 365 Business Central software (design, configure, train, support). You will provide our customers with user training sessions and follow-up training materials throughout the implementation cycle. · Support and Troubleshooting: Identify user requirements, and system issues and provide resolutions. · Documentation: Data gathering, preparation, and import into Business Central Document business requirements and functional specifications using Microsoft’s Sure step methodology (GAP Fit analysis and Functional Requirements Documentation). · Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to technical teams during the development and integration phases. · Internal / External Training: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance. Requirements: Required Skill: · Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is preferred. · Strong Excel / Data handling skills and ability to prepare design documents for the team. · You should have expertise in at least one core module like Supply Chain or Finance. · Attention to detail and ability to understand business processes. · Should have good problem-solving skills.
