Position Summary: The Franchise Development and Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our franchise program. This role involves identifying qualified franchise candidates, managing the sales process, supporting new franchisees through onboarding, and ensuring alignment with our brand standards. This is a high-impact, strategic position that will play a key role in the company’s national expansion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic franchise growth plan to expand our brand into new markets. Identify, engage, and qualify prospective franchisees through various lead generation methods. Manage the full franchise sales cycle—from initial inquiry to signed agreement. Deliver presentations and conduct discovery days to communicate our brand value and business model. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and agreements. Support new franchisees during onboarding, location selection, and pre-opening processes. Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular pipeline and performance reports. Build long-term relationships with franchisees and provide ongoing support to ensure their success. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development and/or franchise sales. Proven track record of successfully selling and onboarding franchisees. Knowledge of FDD and franchise compliance regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Passion for gourmet food and retail is a plus. Ability to travel as needed.
