Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and acting as a liaison across departments and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and teams. Prepare presentations, reports, emails, and other documents. Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the leadership team. Track and manage key projects and deadlines to support executive objectives. Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and off-site engagements. Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
