Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development specialist to join a recruiting firm. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, & lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve lead generation targets. Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
