As a Sales & Marketing Associate at Edvanta, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence across the US and India, with a primary focus on our service offerings and our flagship career development products, ProfileIQ and ProfilED. This dynamic position combines business development with marketing support activities, offering an exciting growth path for ambitious individuals passionate about educational technology and professional development. Primary Responsibilities Business Development (70%) Identify and qualify potential clients in educational institutions, corporate training departments, and HR development sectors Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align them with Edvanta's solutions Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our services, ProfileIQ, and ProfilED Develop proposals that address specific client challenges and deliver measurable outcomes Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Manage sales pipeline effectively to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets Track all activities in our CRM system with meticulous attention to detail Collaborate with senior team members on complex opportunities Marketing Support (30%) Represent Edvanta at industry events, webinars, and virtual showcases Create content for case studies, testimonials, and social media campaigns Contribute to product demonstrations and educational webinars Gather market intelligence and competitive insights Support lead generation campaigns for specific target markets Assist with content creation for digital marketing initiatives Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and market response Key Focus Areas Service Portfolio : Online Program Management, Content Development, Learning Ecosystem Solutions Product Specialization : ProfileIQ (career assessment and professional development) and ProfilED (cognitive development tools) Target Markets : Higher Education, Corporate L&D, Professional Training Organizations Geographic Focus : United States and India
