Responsibilities Develop outbound sales campaigns to target key markets via emails/texts/calls and other customer acquisition channels Field campaign responses and optimize conversion rates by understanding the client s requirements and up/cross-sell to meet them Work with strategy and sales to setup client calls Conduct market research to develop a pipeline of potential and have a clear understanding of market penetration/growth Develop, monitor and report key performance metrics to finetune sales campaign strategies Requirements 1+ years of sales, customer service, business development, marketing or operations experience preferred Strong writing ability with experience in copywriting (must have) Great verbal communicator with U.S. clients English fluency You Are Proactive . You prefer taking initiative to wait for someone to tell you what to do. Persistent . You dont give up or view rejection as a setback, you view it as being one step closer to the right answer.
