Role & responsibilities : We are seeking a Dynamic and Result oriented BDA to drive the sales process of Non-Immigrant Visas. As a service consultant, you will be responsible for selling visa services to potential customers, answering their queries and guiding them through the visa application process. The Key Responsibilities include: 1. Contacting potential customers by phone or online to promote and sell services. 2. Identifying customer needs and matching them with the services offered by the company 3. Providing information about services, answering questions and addressing customer concerns. 4. Recording and maintaining accurate customer data and sales activity in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. 5. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 6. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. 7. Participating in sales training and ongoing professional development to improve sales skills and knowledge. 8. Collaborating with other sales team members and cross-functional teams to achieve sales. 9. Adhering to sales processes, policies and procedures established by the company.
