We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate to be a part of our Sales team. You should be able to research and identify new business opportunities. Besides, you should be able to develop sales pitches and effective business plans. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients. Roles & Responsibilities Lead Generation with good platforms such as Social media, Cold calls, Marketing, etc. Business Development with international clients Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets Data Gathering, Market Mapping, and Research Analysis Following up with new business opportunities and setting up meetings Supporting Seniors in drafting RFP / RFI Communicating new service developments to prospective clients An energetic, self-motivated individual with a passion to create connections, developing relationships, and presales. Interest to work in an entrepreneurial, action-driven, multi-tasking environment with a desire for professional growth. Proven ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to deliver presentations effectively Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
