Job Description: As a Business Development Associate (BDA) , you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting our products effectively, and contributing to revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential leads through various channels. Conduct consultative sales pitches to students, parents, and professionals. Understand customer requirements and recommend the best learning solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills. 0–6 months experience in sales, business development, or a related role (Freshers are also welcome).
