Job Title: Business Development Associate (Sales) Company: Perpex Insights Location: Calicut, Kerala Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (B2B/B-school sales preferred) Job Type: Full-time Job Description Perpex Insights is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Associate (Sales) to join our dynamic team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in B2B and/or B-school sales and be confident in driving business growth through strong relationship-building and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and educational institutions (B-schools). Identify and target potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Present and promote the company’s services to key decision-makers. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to deliver a seamless client experience. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or institutional (B-school) sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills and confidence in client interactions. Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
