We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales for our technology solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for sales. Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, etc.). Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of Novuss offerings. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree, MBA (Marketing), or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn. Knowledge of the technology industry or SaaS products is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
