Job Description

Act as a technical expert for customers, demonstrating the products capabilities. Experience in industries such as Paper, Steel, Cement, Chemical, Power, Refineries (e.g., ONGC), and Textiles. Conduct technical demos showcasing the products performance against industry-leading analyzers. Gather customer requirements and relay feedback to R&D for future improvements. Manage post-sale customer relationships, ensuring they get maximum value from the product. Engage with industries adopting digital transformation and help them integrate condition monitoring solutions. Develop new business opportunities by identifying target customers and market needs. Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer meetings. Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of vibration analysis and its applications in predictive maintenance. Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for customer problems and solutions in CBM. Ability to conduct technical demonstrations and explain complex concepts in simple terms. Good presentation and communication skills for engaging customers and industry professionals. Experience in sales, technical pre-sales, or business development (Preferred). BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in CBM technologies. CAT II or CAT III certification (CAT III for senior role). Soft Skills: Self-initiated, takes ownership of customer accounts. Result-oriented with a strong bias for action. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams (R&D, BD, manufacturing).
