We’re seeking a results-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive lead generation and early-stage sales activity. This is a remote (offshore) role ideal for a self-motivated individual who can make 100+ outbound calls daily and leverage HubSpot CRM for pipeline management. Responsibilities: Make 100+ outbound calls per day to generate leads and qualify prospects Use HubSpot CRM to manage lead lifecycle and track activities Conduct discovery calls and schedule meetings for AEs Collaborate with marketing for campaign feedback Meet or exceed weekly KPIs Requirements: 2–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience Strong command of English (spoken and written) HubSpot CRM proficiency is required High energy, persistent, and goal-oriented Experience working with U.S. clients or in SaaS preferred What We Offer: Competitive offshore compensation Performance incentives Fully remote setup with flexible hours Growth opportunities in a scaling organization Show more Show less
