Role & responsibilities : Responsible for revenue generation by reaching out to HR heads, Managers, Training heads & Institutions for our solutions. Managing complete sales cycle including Introductory Meetings, Demos, Negotiation and Closure. Should gain an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their buying and organizational influences and their decision-making processes Making Presentation with Prospects, Requirement Analysis, Solution & Concept mapping, etc. Cross Selling Activities with existing clients. Present realistic forecasts & achieve the sales targets. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Preferred candidate profile : 2+ years of experience into sales preferably in B2B segment.
