Open Positions 1. Business Development Consultants (3 Positions) We’re looking for hungry, resourceful professionals who can quickly bring in low-hanging opportunities while building long-term client relationships. Your Mission: Prove your impact from day one—our budgets are lean, but our incentives are real. Who You Are: A deal-closer who understands B2B services Able to work with existing assets and explore new outreach Prior experience in media, lead-gen, or data services preferred Open to freelancers, part-timers, or commission-based roles 2. Operations Managers (2 Positions) Take charge of delivery, process setup, team coordination, and service quality. Who You Are: Strong organizational and execution skills Experience in managing remote teams or lead-gen operations Ownership mindset with client-first thinking 3. Research Analysts (20 Positions) The backbone of our data team—find, filter, and refine the decision-maker data that powers Techcraft’s services. Who You Are: Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and fast at learning tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, etc. Freshers welcome; experience is a bonus This is a great entry-level or remote freelance opportunity 4. Appointment Setters (50 Positions) Your role is to open doors. Set up qualified meetings for our sales or client teams using proven scripts and targeting.
