Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Management Call and connect with potential leads received via campaigns, website, referrals, and databases. Qualify leads based on company size, industry, current HR systems, and readiness to purchase. Maintain detailed lead tracking and follow-up schedules in CRM tools. 2. Product Demonstration Schedule and conduct customized online product demos for HR heads, business owners, or decision-makers. Clearly explain how each module (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, etc.) aligns with the clients HR needs. Address queries and objections effectively. 3. Sales Conversion Send proposals and pricing plans as per client requirements. Follow up regularly until lead conversion. Ensure all documentation (agreements, onboarding forms) is collected post-confirmation. 4. Client Onboarding Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of the client. Ensure the client is trained to use the software effectively. Act as the point of contact until the client goes live. 5. Post-Sales Relationship & Support Maintain a strong rapport with the client to ensure continued usage. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities (add-on modules, additional licenses, etc.). Ensure client satisfaction and collect feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Reporting & Coordination Maintain updated records on CRM for all activities. Share weekly reports on lead status, conversion ratio, and client feedback. Coordinate with marketing, product, and tech teams to support customer requirements. Key Result Areas (KRAs): KRA Measurement Criteria (KPIs) Lead Calling & Qualification Number of daily calls, lead qualification rate, demo bookings Product Demos Number of demos conducted, demo-to-conversion ratio Sales Conversion Number of closures per month/quarter, revenue generated Client Onboarding Support Onboarding completion time, client activation success rate Client Relationship & Retention Client satisfaction score (CSAT), repeat business, renewals CRM Management & Reporting Timely and accurate data entry, report submission frequency
