Role Description This is a full-time on-site (Field Work) role for a Business Development Executive located in Bangalore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying & meeting new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies. They will also collaborate with various teams to achieve marketing & sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company. Qualifications M.Sc. (Life Sciences)/MBA (Marketing)/B.Tech (Biotech, Chemical) Excellent communication(English/Kannada/Hindi preferred) and interpersonal skills Proven track record in sales or business development Strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of market research and analysis Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
