Job Title: Business Development Executive (2-4 Years Experience) Location: Ahmedabad Working days: 5 Qualifications : Proven experience in Business Development in the IT industry, with a strong focus on Upwork or other freelancing platforms. Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including how to create winning proposals and interact with clients effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create customized proposals that match client requirements. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of various IT services like web development, mobile app development, cloud computing, and software solutions is a plus. Experience with project management tools and CRM software is desirable. Skills : Upwork expertise (creating profiles, bidding, managing client relationships) Proposal writing and client communication Lead generation and market research Negotiation and closing Time management and multitasking Technical knowledge in IT (basic understanding of technologies or domains) Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
