Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Gurugram. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, creating marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves daily interaction with different stakeholders to enhance market presence and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, other professional networks, online platforms, and referrals. Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers within targeted companies. Engage with prospects through connection requests, messages, and follow-ups on LinkedIn. Cold Outreach: Execute cold emailing campaigns to attract and convert potential clients. Conduct cold calls to generate interest and set up meetings with potential clients. Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive lead database to ensure accurate tracking of outreach efforts and follow-ups. Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Acvetis IT staff augmentation services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and collateral for outreach. Follow-Up & Nurturing: Follow up with leads generated via various channels and nurture them through the sales funnel. Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, or calls with potential clients. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze outreach efforts and conversion rates. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and cold emailing, preferably in the IT services or staffing industry. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
