Position : Business Development Executive / Officer Experience : 3 Years and Above Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Officer to support our growth strategy. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation through effective sales and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business potential. Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve defined sales goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met with appropriate solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
